A worker from Turkey was beaten in Nizhny Novgorod

On the night of June 25, 2007, in Nizhny Novgorod, unknown persons attacked a 46-year-old worker from Turkey. The attackers hit the man on the head with a bottle, after which they began to beat him. The victim was able to escape from the attackers and turned to the police for help. No robbery reported.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("hooliganism"). Investigative activities are being carried out.
