On July 18, 2007, the Krasnoglinsky District Court of Samara found guilty of inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1, Article 282) of two residents of the village. Manager Andrey Monakhov and Sergey Kolychenkov (both born in 1987).
It should be reminded that young people were detained on May 10, 2007 with nationalist leaflets, which they posted on lampposts, public transport stops, walls and windows of houses.
As noted by the prosecutor's office of the Samara region, the case was considered in court in a special order - that is, under the conditions of full recognition of guilt by the defendants (in this case, the sentence is delivered lighter than it can be during the usual consideration, but it cannot be appealed - ed. ) .
As a result, both defendants received suspended sentences: Monakhov - 1 year and 3 months in prison, Kolychenkov - 1 year and 6 months in prison.
On July 31, 2007, the verdict entered into force.
