The Kuntsevo Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office of Moscow opened a criminal case under Art. 282 (inciting national hatred) on the fact of publications on the Ingushetia.Ru Internet portal.
According to "Moskovsky Komsomolets", the reason for initiating a criminal case was the repeated appeals of representatives of North Ossetia, outraged by the anti-Ossetian articles of the portal. The fact that the Kuntsevskaya Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office of Moscow is conducting the case is explained by the fact that it is in this area that the owner of the site, lawyer Magomed Evloev, lives. (The administration of the portal does not recognize accusations of inciting hatred and states that such publications are a response to anti-Ingush publications in the North Ossetian press).
However, the resource itself claims that the reason was the appeal to the prosecutor's office of the chairman of the government of Ingushetia, I. Malsagov, and the chairman of the People's Assembly of the republic, M. Sakalov, in which he expresses indignation "at the placement on the pages of the portal of deliberately false, inflammatory, slanderous and provocative information and materials openly calling for to interethnic hatred, which is due to the main goals and objectives of the ideological war against the state structure of Russia, its integrity and sovereignty .
