On August 24, 2007, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Central Federal District announced the transfer to the Cheryomushkinsky Court of Moscow of materials in the case of a neo-Nazi motivated attack on a native of Ulan-Ude that occurred on April 20 .
Charges were brought against two of the four attackers (their nicknames are given - Ares - the leader of the group and Stanok). Two more members of the group are involved in the case as witnesses.
