At the end of August 2007 in Bryansk, on the Bordovichi railway platform, members of the Rzhanitsy group of skinheads beat up a 55-year-old passer-by. The man was hospitalized in hospital No. 1 in Bryansk with multiple stab wounds, from which he soon died. The reason for the beating was the victim's refusal to give the young people money.
Two suspects in the attack - 29-year-old and 18-year-old residents of Bryansk - were detained. A criminal case was initiated under Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, negligently resulting in the death of the victim"). The case is being handled by the traffic police. During a search of the apartment of one of the detainees, 7.62 mm cartridges were found. He will probably be charged with Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (: illegal storage of ammunition;).
The fact that skinheads were involved in the attack became known from the news about the attack of members of the same group on police officers. This case is now pending in court.
