A native of Azerbaijan was killed in Barnaul

August 5, 2007 in Barnaul at the intersection of st. 28-year-old native of Azerbaijan Elvin Novruzov, who traded vegetables and fruits in Altai, was killed on Molodyozhnaya and Komsomolsky avenue. On the body of the deceased, the forensic physician counted at least eight penetrating stab wounds in the chest area.

On August 15, 2007, on suspicion of involvement in the murder of a migrant, police officers detained two residents of the regional center.

Later, police officers uncovered a group of neo-Nazis, which included the detainees. It turned out that they had another murder of a local resident of Mongoloid appearance on their account.

In February 2009, the Altai Regional Court began considering a criminal case against members of the Nazi skinhead group who participated in the attacks. The verdict in the case was handed down at the end of June 2009.
