Another victim of skinheads?

Ochir Sambuev, Deputy Head of the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service for the Dzhidinsky District of the Republic of Buryatia, was killed in Nizhny Novgorod. On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of the victim). Various versions of the crime are being considered. O.Sambuev's colleagues are sure that their colleague became a victim of skinheads.
