In Udmurtia, materials from three right-wing radical newspapers are recognized as extremist

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Izhevsk, on the application of the Prosecutor of the Udmurt Republic, recognized as extremist the materials of three right-wing radical publications: the monarcho-fascist newspaper "Russian Falanga" (N 14 (42) of December 25, 2004), the newspapers "Respublika" N 4 (April 18-24 2004) and "Our People's Observer" (NNN) N 1 (November 2003).

The examination found that the content of these materials "is aimed at inciting racial and national hatred, propaganda of exclusivity, superiority, inferiority of citizens on the basis of their attitude to religion, social, racial, national, religious and linguistic affiliation" .

On the fact of the distribution of these printed publications, a criminal case has been initiated and is being investigated under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national, religious hatred).

Recall that NNN is the newspaper of the right-wing radical Party of Freedom (PS), for the dissemination of which they tried to condemn the leader of this organization, Yuri Belyaev. In Izhevsk, a branch of the PS functioned , which broke away from the organization of Yu. Belyaev. Formally, it has not ceased to exist, although we know nothing about its recent activities.
