The court authorized the arrest of suspects in the murder of a native of Yakutia

On October 29, 2007, the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow authorized the arrest of 6 schoolchildren suspected of murdering a native of Yakutia and attacking a citizen of Uzbekistan .

Thus, the court granted the petition of the Investigative Committee at the Moscow Prosecutor's Office. Since all the suspects are minors, their names have not been disclosed.

The investigation is carried out under Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm), art. 105 (murder) and art. 282 (incitement of national, racial and religious hatred) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
