On October 26, 2007, the Moscow City Court passed a sentence under clauses "e", "g", "l" part 2 of article 105 (murder committed by a group of persons with particular cruelty, motivated by racial or national hatred) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 17-year-olds Stella V., Konstantin K., Anastasia T., 16-year-old Alexander S., for the murder of a man whom they "mistook for a native of the Caucasus."
The court sentenced Konstantin K. and Alexander S. to 9 years in an educational colony, Anastasia T. to 6 years in an educational colony, and Stella V. to 8 years in a general regime colony.
The skinheads admitted that they "went to murder because of their hatred for non-Russian citizens . "
