Sentence for the pogrom of Tatar graves

On November 12, 2007, the city court of Gus-Khrustalny (Vladimir region) passed a guilty verdict against a local resident Y. Kroshkin under paragraph "b" part 2 of article 244 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation motivated by national hatred). The second participant in the pogrom had not reached the age of criminal responsibility by the time the crime was committed and did not suffer punishment.
