A seminar "Youth and Tolerance" was held in Kaliningrad

On September 4-6, 2007 the Center for Interethnic Cooperation held a seminar "Youth and Tolerance" in Kaliningrad. The event was hosted by the staff of the center Ashot Hayrapetyan and Victoria Shukhat.

The seminar was attended by representatives of ethnic NGOs, employees of municipal educational institutions, representatives of city and regional authorities. Oleg Panasenko, Head of the Department for Nationalities Affairs, Public Relations and Religious Organizations of the Ministry of Culture of the Kaliningrad Region, assisted in the organization.

At the end of the seminar, a round table was held with the participation of NGO leaders, at which the results of the training were discussed, as well as "the situation with interethnic relations in the region, development prospects, taking into account the experience of other regions and projects that were implemented there."
