In Adygea, a student was sentenced for posting a Nazi video on the Internet

On November 21, 2007, the Maykop City Court of Adygea issued a verdict inthe case of posting a Nazi video on the Internet. The accused - Viktor Milkov was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred) and was sentenced to a year of correctional labor with deduction of 10 percent of his earnings in favor of the state.

The verdict will come into force in 10 days unless appealed by the defense.
