Pictures from the exhibition, newspaper "Molva"

We continue to publish small sketches about regional newspapers that we managed to read in paper form (and this, we emphasize, is extremely important from the point of view of monitoring hate speech) as a result of visiting the Press-2008 exhibition (Moscow, November 21-25, 2007) .

The newspaper "Molva" (Vladimir region, official publisher of normative acts of the region) on the front page of the issue published on November 8, 2007 publishes answers to a blitz poll "Is the role of the father today great?"

The people who took part in this survey are represented as follows:

*Valery, balancer;

Tatyana, director of the House of Mercy in one of the districts of the region;

Konstantin Sokratovich, Ossetian;

Marina, realtor;

Love, economist;

Natalya Vyacheslavovna, director of the enterprise*.

It is clear that the mention of ethnicity does not carry any negative load in the context of the publication. But there is also no doubt that the mention of this here is not only completely inappropriate, but also simply falls out of the general logic of the presentation of the participants.
