Another "secret" racist case...

At the end of September 2007, it became known about the trial going on in Moscow. Defendants M. Yunusov and P. Dubrovin are charged under Part 1 of Article 282-1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of an extremist community) and under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder), respectively.

The case was considered by the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow, and on September 24, 2007, the Moscow City Court scheduled an appeal hearing on its decision.

Unfortunately, we do not know the details of the trial and the court verdict.

We draw attention to the fact that only one of the defendants is charged under the "nationalist" article, while the second is charged with murder without any qualifying signs.
