A series of "racist" trials in Moscow

In December 2007, it became known that in the last quarter of the year the Moscow City Court considered several appeals in cases of "racist" murders. Unfortunately, we do not know any details about the trials and crimes.

December 5, 2007 was scheduled for consideration of the cassation appeal in the case of K., accused under paragraphs. "g", "i", "l" part 2 of Art. 105 (murder committed by an organized group out of hooligan motives, motivated by national or religious hatred or enmity) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The verdict was handed down by the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow.

On December 10, 2007, the consideration of the cassation complaint in the case of P. accused under paragraphs. "a", "g", "l" part 2 of Art. 105 (murder of two or more persons committed by an organized group, motivated by national or religious hatred) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The verdict was handed down by the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow.

December 19, 2007 was scheduled for the consideration of the cassation appeal in the case of Sh., accused under paragraphs. "g", "i", "l" part 2 of Art. 105 (murder committed by an organized group out of hooligan motives, motivated by national or religious hatred or enmity) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The verdict was handed down by the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow.

December 27, 2007 was scheduled for consideration of the cassation appeal in the case of K., accused under paragraphs. "a, f, f, l" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of two or more persons committed by a group based on national, racial, religious hatred and blood feud). The verdict was handed down by the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow.
