In January 2008, the preliminary investigation was completed andthe case of Saransk student Alexander Pyanzin , accused under Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for terrorist activities or public justification of terrorism).
Let us recall that the case against Pyanzin was opened due to the posting of the book “Russian Cuisine. The ABC of Domestic Terrorism” on a file-sharing network, which, in particular, contains recipes for making explosives.
In addition to Art. 205.2 he is charged with “illegal use of copyright objects committed on a large scale” (Part 2 of Article 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) - i.e. use of unlicensed software.
