On February 1, 2008, in Moscow, near the Varshavskaya metro station, an attack was committed on two citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
Nazi skinheads attacked Altynbek Ashirov (Alishov) and Amirbek Saidov. Saidov managed to escape from the attackers, and Ashirov died in the hospital from his injuries.
He was found guilty of the murder of Alishov under clauses “a”, “i”, “l”, part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of two or more persons for hooligan motives, motivated by national and racial hatred and enmity) leader of the Nazi skinhead group Ilya Shutko. The sentencing of the group members was made on September 22, 2009.
