On January 16, 2008, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan Erkinbaev Nurlan Temirkanovich, born in 1985, was killed in Filevsky Park in Moscow.
The young man died from 36 stab wounds. The number of attackers and whether the victim was robbed is not reported.
This murder became known from the appeal of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to the Russian Federation R. Attakurov to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation Vladimir Lukin. Attakurov emphasizes that the police department No. 40 in Moscow did not inform the Embassy about this crime.
It is likely that no criminal case was opened in connection with this murder.
