A healer was shot dead in Dagestan

In Khasavyurt (Dagestan), 75-year-old Gitinomagomeddibir Gamzatov, who was engaged in healing and making talismans, was killed. Two unidentified men broke into his house and shot the man in the head and chest. The victim died from his wounds in the ambulance.

On the fact of the attack, a criminal case was initiated under part 1 of article 105 (premeditated murder) and part 2 of article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of weapons committed by a group of persons by prior agreement).

According to the preliminary version, the criminals are members of Askhab Bidayev's bandit group, which is fighting against healers and fortune-tellers.

Recall that at the end of 2007 in Dagestan there were two assassination attempts on fortune-tellers.
