In Krasnodar, a verdict was passed under Art. 282

On April 1, 2008, the Prikubansky District Court of Krasnodar passed a guilty verdict against the National Bolsheviks Sergei Kulishov and Nikolai Samoilov under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred or enmity). The young people were sentenced to a year of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of one year.

The verdict was handed down for distribution in November 2007 of the newspaper "Trudodni" (actually - the newspaper "Limonka") - young people laid it out in mailboxes in Krasnodar on the street "40 Years of Victory". According to the examination, the text contains "calls to incite national or social hatred and carry out extremist activities, as well as statements of a derogatory nature in relation to persons of any nationality or social group" .

The young people fully admitted their guilt and did not appeal against the verdict. On April 14, 2008, the verdict entered into force.

It should be noted that the official announcement of the verdict followed only a year later - on March 30, 2009, Elena Sinitsyna, assistant prosecutor of the Kuban district of the regional center, announced this.
