In Samara, the court found the materials of the right-wing radical website of Oleg Kitter extremist
On April 16, 2008, the Sovetsky District Court of Samara satisfied the demands of the district prosecutor and recognized as extremist the materials posted on the website of right-wing radical activist Oleg Kitter, and also banned the site.
It should be reminded that in February 2006 the Samara leader of the National Power Party of Russia (NDPR) and the editor of the national-patriotic newspaper "Alex-Inform" Oleg Kitter was found guilty of inciting national hatred for anti-Semitic and anti-Caucasian publications.
Expert research conducted within the framework of the criminal case became the basis for recognizing materials from the site as extremist. The court's decision looks strange, since, as far as we know, the Alex-Inform website ceased to exist almost shortly after O. Kitter himself was convicted.
