Attack on an Indian citizen in Volgograd

April 22, 2008 at about 4:00 pm in Volgograd, near the Radezh store on the street. Golubinskaya, the security guard of one of the private security companies Sh. attacked an Indian citizen.

The reason for the conflict was a transport incident, in which Sh. was to blame. After the Indian citizen got out of the car, the guard punched him in the face and "began to express insulting, offensive , expressions degrading honor and dignity, in their content aimed at inciting national, racial or religious hatred .

When police officers arrived at the scene on a call, Sh. insulted the policeman of the inter-district department of private security and tried to punch the officer in the face with his fist.

A criminal case was initiated against Sh. under several articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and on July 1, 2008, it was sent to court.
