Suspects of murder of Azerbaijani detained in Stavropol

On April 22, 2008, five suspects in the murder of a native of Azerbaijan in November 2007 were detained in Stavropol.

They are charged with Part 4 of Art. 111 (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, resulting in the death of the victim through negligence) and Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred or enmity).
