The trial of those who posted nationalist leaflets began in Tolyatti

In mid-April 2008, the trial of Aleksey Napylov and Tatyana Guzayeva began in Tolyatti, who were distributing leaflets calling in defense of servicemen Yevgeny Khudyakov and Sergei Arakcheev. They are charged with Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred). The case is being heard in the court of Togliatti.
