On April 28, 2008, the Avtozavodsky District Court of Tolyatti (Samara Region) recognized Tatyana Guzaeva, accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 (inciting ethnic hatred), guilty and sentenced to a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
It should be reminded that Aleksey Napylov and Tatyana Guzayeva were detained in May 2007 for putting up leaflets with appeals in defense of servicemen Yevgeny Khudyakov and Sergei Arakcheev, accused of killing three natives of Chechnya in 2003.
No information about Alexey Napylov is reported.
T. Guzayeva's defense intends to appeal the verdict.
