On April 27, representatives of the Regional Spiritual Administration of Muslims (RDUM) announced a ban on a quiz in the madrassa at the mosque in the village of Kuluevo, Argayash district, organized by the representative office of the Council of Muftis of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region. Representatives of the RDUM, under whose jurisdiction the mosque is located, demanded that the organizers leave the madrasah building. The imams from the RDUM refused the proposal to hold the event jointly, reports Russian Islamic Heritage .
“Despite the illegal actions of the RDUM of the Chelyabinsk region, representing the Central Spiritual Administration of Muslims (TSDUM), we still held a quiz for students of the madrasah at the mosque in the village of Kuluevo. Our representatives work at the madrasah, who initiated the competition. We do not want mosques and religious educational institutions were shared by muftis. Only the people suffer from this redistribution. Unfortunately, all our initiatives to organize events in the region for the purpose of spreading and educating Islam are perceived negatively by representatives of the Central Muslim Spiritual Directorate and the leadership of the region,” said the head of the Representative Office of the Council of Muftis of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region. , head of the Ozersk regional branch of the OOD "Russian Islamic Heritage" Gabdulla Shaimardanov.
Let us recall that in 2007, a similar conflict occurred between the RDUM and the SMR, and in April 2008, the regional administration prohibited Muslims of the Argayash region from carrying out an anti-drug action.
