On May 9, 2008, in the village of Bolshoe Aleshino, Meshchovsky District, Kaluga Region, 36-year-old Alexander Trishkin and 26-year-old Vladimir Vinogradov beat up an Indian citizen, Amandeep Singh.
Trishkin and Vinogradov hit the Indian citizen several times with their feet and hands on various parts of the body. Vinogradov picked up a glass bottle from the ground, broke it, and with the words "Blacks must be killed!" pointed a fragment of the bottle towards the Indian. The man tried to run away and hide in the premises of a nearby farm, but they caught up with him and beat him again.
The attack was stopped by farm workers who defended an Indian citizen who intervened in the fight.
It should be noted that the attackers agreed in advance to beat up one of the Indians working at one of the local enterprises "on the basis of hatred towards non-Russians . "
A. Trishkin and V. Vinogradov were convicted in January 2009.
