On June 4, 2008, the Ordzhonikidzovsky District Court of Ufa (Bashkiria) delivered a guilty verdict under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national, racial and religious hatred) against Konstantin Permyakov (born 1987).

Unfortunately, we do not know what punishment K. Permyakov was sentenced to and whether he suffered any real punishment at all.
