Materials on the website Ingushetia.ru are recognized as extremist

On June 5, 2008, at a meeting of the Kuntsevsky District Court of Moscow, it turned out that on April 10, 2008, the Nazranovsky District Court of the Republic of Ingushetia recognized it as extremist and ordered to confiscate a number of materials from the site Ingushetiya.ru.

The decision was made on the basis of the conclusion of the Center for Special Equipment of the Institute of Forensic Science of the FSB of the Russian Federation dated February 28, 2008, which stated that the "47 sheets" of the site's materials contained signs of incitement to hatred and humiliation of dignity on a national basis.

A copy of this decision is available in scanned form on the Ingushetia.ru website. From the text of the decision, it is not clear what kind of materials are in question, at what address they are located on the Internet, which, of course, is a gross violation.

In addition, according to the site's editor, Roza Malsagova, she was not informed about the fact of the trial, nor about the decision taken by it. Malsagova sent an application to the Nazranovsky Court for the restoration of the missed deadline for a cassation appeal and to the Supreme Court of the Republic - a cassation appeal against the decision.

Recall that earlier the Kuntsevsky court ordered all providers in the territory of the Russian Federation to close access to the site.
