In Novosibirsk, materials published on Internet sites are recognized as extremist

On June 23, 2008, the Sovetsky District Court of Novosibirsk recognized materials published on the Internet as extremist.

We are talking about the articles “The Chechen Mujahideen carried out a new series of military operations”, “Love the battle and not seek peace”, “Amir Seifullah: “Whoever doubts, let him fear Allah”, “We are terrorists for them, they are terrorists for us”, press- release of the Ministry of Information and Press of the ChRI No. 33, published on the website www.kavkazcenter.com. In addition, the articles “Appeal to the peoples participating in the liberation movement” and “Appeal to the peoples of the colonial Russian empire”, posted on the website www.сhechenpress, were considered extremist. org, and the articles “The Conspiracy of Militant Christian Fascism”, “The Caucasus on the Rise”, a press release from the Ministry of Information and Press of the ChRI from the website www.daymohk.ru, as well as a lecture by Sheikh-Mujahad Abdu-Lah ibn Muhammad Arrashud (Shahida insha Allah) , read on October 15, 2000 (19/8/1424) in Iraq", posted on the website www.Camagat.com.

This became known on March 27, 2009 from the update of the federal list of extremist materials.

Let us note that by the decision of the Sovetsky District Court of Novosibirsk on May 23, 2007, the Internet sites “Kavkaz-Center”, “ChechenPress”, “Daimohk” were recognized as extremist.
