In Samara, a court found an article on the Alex-Inform website extremist.

On July 5, 2008, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Samara recognized as extremist material the article "Rabbi's Speech", published in the newspaper "Alex-Inform" on March 25, 2004.

It should be reminded that Oleg Kitter, the editor of the newspaper "Alex-Inform", was sentenced to 1.5 years of imprisonment under Art. 282 (inciting national hatred). In April 2008, the Sovetsky District Court of Samara recognized the materials posted on the Alex-Inform website as extremist, and also banned the site's activities. The court's decision looks strange, since, as far as we know, the Alex-Inform website ceased to exist almost shortly after O. Kitter himself was convicted.

This became known on March 27, 2009 from the update of the federal list of extremist materials.
