Another case under Article 282.2 against the National Bolsheviks

On July 23, 2008, searches and detentions of NBP activists took place in Samara in connection with a criminal case under Art. 282.2 (organization of activities of an extremist organization).

Searches were carried out in the apartments of Roman Mishurov and Ilya Guryev.

Roman Mishurov and Ilya Shunin were detained.

A criminal case was initiated against Shunin under Art. 282.2 - he is accused of administering the NBP website in Samara. Mishurov and Guryev are suspects in this case.

This is not the first case known to us of initiating a criminal case under Art. 282.2 against NBP activists. On February 12, a case was opened in Moscow, on February 26, in Komsomolsk-on-Amur , on March 20, searches in a similar case took place in Arzamas and Nizhny Novgorod, and on July 2, was opened in Moscow. another case

Let us recall that on April 1, 2008, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation refused to review the case on recognizing the NBP as an extremist organization.
