Attack on the Nizhny Novgorod synagogue

On the night of August 16, 2008, an attack was made on the Nizhny Novgorod synagogue. The outer windows of the synagogue building were broken, and the double-glazed windows were pierced through in the security booth, which requires serious physical effort.

The law enforcement agencies of the city are investigating the fact of the attack, and no criminal case has been opened yet.

Only in 2008, the synagogue of Nizhny Novgorod was already attacked - then the vandals were detained, but they were not charged with national hatred.
