In August 2008, the Kanavinsky District Court issued a warrant for the arrest of four underage Nazi skinheads suspected of hooligan attacks on Vietnamese citizens, extortion, and pressure on victims.
Teenagers came to the attention of the investigating authorities much earlier, after they were detained by a police squad while trying to beat the Vietnamese in May 2008. However, until August 2008 they were under house arrest.
However, in the summer, the mother of one of the victims turned to the police - a teenager, from whom the defendants extorted money as "payoff" for refusing to join their group. The woman said that the suspects repeatedly called her with threats. After that, law enforcement agencies applied to the court for an arrest warrant. Which was issued.
