Attack on a suburban train

On August 10, 2008, in an electric train near Moscow, between Khimki and Skhodnya stations, young people attacked a non-Slavic man (presumably a native of Uzbekistan or Tajikistan), who was talking "too loudly" on a mobile phone in his native language. A fight ensued, as a result of which the attackers beat up all the "non-Russians" in the car.

The exact number of victims is unknown and the details of the incident are unknown. An eyewitness who was riding in another car reports that he saw one person being pushed out on the Mosselmash platform. Another of the victims, a native of Tajikistan, managed to escape to a neighboring car, where he asked for help. The attackers (3-4 young men) ran after him, but they were stopped by a police officer. According to the witness, the native of Tajikistan probably had a broken nose, there was "too much blood."
