The trial of the distributor of an extremist film began in Cherepovets
On September 2, 2008, in the Cherepovets city court in the Vologda region, a hearing began on the distribution of K. Dushenov's film "Russia with a knife in the back. Jewish fascism and the genocide of the Russian people" by the former librarian Natalya Yuganova in the library of the Archbishop's Resurrection Metochion of the Russian Orthodox Church.
The defendant is charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity).
Let us also remind you that in August 2006 the prosecutor's office of Cherepovets refused to initiate a criminal case on the distribution of this film in the urban shopping malls Yuzhok and Okean.
