In Ivanovo, a linguistic examination recognized the leaflets as nationalist

On September 26, 2008, it became known that an investigation was underway in Ivanovo in the case of the distribution of nationalist leaflets in the city.

It is not reported under which article a criminal case was initiated, and whether the suspects were detained. A linguistic examination was carried out in the case, as a result of which "the text of the leaflets contains manifestations of enmity and hatred, as well as calls for discrimination on the grounds of nationality. There are statements that divide people along ethnic lines and degrade the dignity of people of a different nationality" .

Later it became known that the prosecutor's office initiated a process to recognize the leaflets as extremist materials.
