Act of vandalism in the Irkutsk region

In the village of Kutulik, Irkutsk region, two cemeteries were desecrated. In the so-called old cemetery, mothballed some time ago, about twenty graves were desecrated. In some, the portraits of the deceased are completely painted over. In addition, crosses and a fence were stolen.

Several graves have also been desecrated in the new cemetery.

Law enforcement authorities detained three suspects who confessed to desecrating graves in the old cemetery.
