Imam's house shelled in Ingushetia

On the night of October 2, unidentified people fired from an underbarrel grenade launcher and automatic weapons at the house of the Imam in the village of Ekazhevo, Nazran District, Ingushetia. There were no injuries, and minor damage was caused to the home.

A criminal case has been initiated under Art. 167 (intentional destruction or damage to property) and 222 (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of weapons, their main parts, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Recall that this is not the first attempt on the life of imams in Ingushetia over the past few months.
