Anti-fascist killed in Moscow

On October 10, 2008, in Moscow, four unknown men armed with knives attacked the anti-fascist Fyodor Filatov ("Fedya"). The attack took place near the entrance where Filatov lives.

The victim was taken to the hospital by ambulance. F. Filatov died in the hospital from numerous stab wounds without regaining consciousness.

Several people witnessed the crime. There was a security camera at the entrance.

The deceased was at the founding of the Moscow Trojan Skinheads, a community of anti-political anti-racist skinheads from Moscow and the Moscow region. The main version is the revenge of the neo-Nazis. F. Filatov's photographs were posted on numerous far-right forums.

A criminal case was initiated under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). It is conducted by the prosecutor's office of the Eastern District with operational support from the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate.
