SPS won the case against United Russia

On October 13, 2008, the Dzerzhinsky People's Court of Perm ruled to refute as untrue the information published on the website of the United Russia party. In April 2006, the Union of Right Forces decided to go to court with a demand to refute the false information, since the DPNI members present at the forum had nothing to do with the Union of Right Forces, which " always fought against manifestations of fascism ," as their statement says.
