A trial began in Veliky Novgorod in the case of posting neo-Nazi materials on the Internet

On October 22, 2008, the Novgorod City Court began considering the case under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity) against citizen A., who in June-October 2007 placed folders on the server of OOO Novgorod-Datecom with agitation and propaganda materials of neo-Nazi content.

Recall that, according to the results of the forensic examination, in the materials posted by the accused on the Internet, "there are facts indicating a negative assessment of a person and groups of persons on the basis of race, nationality, language, origin and attitude to religion, namely, a sharply negative assessment of migrants, Africans, Jews, Jews and Muslims, calling ethnic Russian people for hostile actions (including murders) in relation to these groups of persons .
