By October 24, 2008, the Federal List of Extremist Materials was replenished again. This time it included the site "Ingushetia.Ru" and one of the issues of the newspaper "Russian Transbaikalia". However, at the same time, these materials were introduced with an obvious error:
* "276. Website "INGUSHETIYA.RU" on the Internet (decision of the Central District Court of Chita dated July 10, 2008, cassation ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Chita Regional Court dated August 27, 2008);
Meanwhile, it is known that the newspaper has been banned in Chita , while Ingushetia.Ru has been banned in Moscow.
We have repeatedly drawn the attention of our readers to the extremely low quality of the Federal List of Extremist Materials. It certainly contained inaccuracies that were much more significant, but they could be explained by the low quality of the "prohibited" lists from the field coming to the FRS, and later to the Ministry of Justice. This is also a clear mistake of the clerk of the ministry, who is responsible for updating the list in the department.
At the same time, the federal list is a normative act that guides law enforcement, administrative and judicial bodies in the "fight against extremism." Those. in fact, ordinary citizens will be held responsible for the low-quality work of the clerk of the Ministry, as well as for the mistakes and low qualifications of employees of regional departments responsible for submitting information to the Ministry of Justice.
