The teacher of the Russian language and literature of the secondary school in the village of Troitskoye, Mozdok district, Tatyana Viktorovna Fedorova, turned to the mufti of the republic, Ali Evteev, for help. The reason for the appeal was the harassment of T. Fedorova by the District Department of Education (RDO), reports IA "Islamnews".
In an appeal to the mufti, the teacher says that on September 19, 2008, an employee of the Regional Educational Society Kuznetsova L.V. came to her work. and said that they had received a letter from parents (whose last names were not given) who were concerned that T. Fedorova was working at school in such a form and that her "outer and inner world" was not acceptable for the education and upbringing of "Russian children" .
Representatives of the CBR conducted a test at the lessons of Fedorova and recognized them as "unsatisfactory".
At the parents' meeting, the parents of the students stated that they did not write such a letter.
T. V. Fedorova asks the mufti "to help defend his honor and dignity, his right to freely wear a headscarf."
