In Veliky Novgorod, the sentences of two people convicted of posting extremist materials on the Internet came into force

On November 6, 2008, it became known that in Veliky Novgorod the sentences of two people convicted for distributing nationalist materials on the Internet came into force.

We are talking about the verdict handed down to Alexei Afanasiev and the verdict to the head of the Novgorod DPNI Sergey Larionov. Recall that both criminal cases were initiated under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity). Among the materials posted by the defendants was a video with the nationalistic murder of a Tajik and a Dagestani, recognized as extremist by the decision of the Novgorod City Court in March 2008.
