"activities of 7 youth extremist groups were suppressed." According to Glukhov, most of the participants in these associations are students, 18% are minors.

Such crimes, committed "on the grounds of national enmity", are distinguished by "special cruelty, in particular, teenagers inflict knife wounds and severely beat helpless people," I.Glukhov said. Police officers are also concerned about the involvement of minors "by a number of political parties and movements in their actions, including those of a nationalist nature."

It should be noted that among the detained groups, at least one - "Black Hawks" - is a group of Caucasian youth, detained in the summer of 2008. Its actions were a copy of the actions of Nazi skinheads (perhaps this is a group whose first members were detained in May 2008)
