Another addition to the list of extremist materials

On December 5, 2008, the Russian Ministry of Justice once again updated the federal list of extremist materials. Four materials (NN292-295) are included in the update. Thus, as of December 5, 2008, the list includes 295 items prohibiting a total of 286 materials (because 9 items are included in it twice).

The text of the brochure RUSSIAN CULTURAL PROJECT "RUS' GENIUS" [meaning "Russian cultural project" Rus' Rodosl and Vnaya"] on 16 sheets of A5 format, published on the website http://rus-sobor.narod.ru/ (decision of the Maiminsky District Court of the Republic of Altai dated May 16, 2008 and the ruling of the Maiminsky District Court of the Republic of Altai dated October 17, 2008).
