In St. Petersburg, the black and white flag of the National Bolsheviks was once again allowed

On December 8, 2008, the Vyborgsky District Court of St. Petersburg satisfied the complaints of three National Bolsheviks sentenced to five days for demonstrating on November 7, 2008, and canceled the decision of the court of the previous instance.
