The Chelyabinsk diocese urged not to turn the archeological monument of the Bronze Age "Arkaim" into a center of occult tourism.

"For some time now, Arkaim has become not only and not so much an object of serious historical research, but a subject of parascientific speculation. In fact, the archaeological site of the Southern Urals is turning into a center of occult tourism," Interfax quotes a message from the press service of the diocese .

The diocese believes that in the expeditions visiting "Arkaim" there are many "spiritually disoriented" people who spread neo-pagan practices. To counteract this, the missionary department of the diocese prepared a number of materials about the archaeological site.

Employees of the museum-reserve "Arkaim" are calm about "esoteric tourism" and do not see anything terrible in it.
